0165(2)(b)- new window blind with pull chain has been installed in Classroom C-2. 0165(2)(c) - accessible electrical cords observed in some of the classrooms. 0165(3)(a) - new wood placed on outdoor equipment has splintered edges, fence gate located back of C-2 classroom has cracked/splintered boards, a white storage unit in C-2 has splintered edges. 0165(3)(c) - Preschool B classroom has a table with cracked edges. Preschool C classroom has cracked floor tiles.
